Dear Sirs, Mesdames,

Bolivia has been in a state of upheaval since the change of government in December 2005. The state will increasingly deal with its own real tasks and only intervene in a regulatory manner where necessary, in order to achieve social equality, general well-being and a development of the country in a democratic way.

The new government has already announced that private investments are welcome in the mining sector as well and legal security would be guaranteed. The tender for the development of the massive iron ore deposits “Mutun” on the Brazil border, which was won only a few weeks ago by the Indian steel giant “Jindal Steel”, underlines this sense of willingness.

High global market prices for raw materials with reformed and more efficient state institutions make ideal conditions for developing new raw material sources over the next few years in the east of Bolivia, an area which has been little exploited so far.
Entry costs, as you can imagine, are much lower in comparison to countries where intensive mineral exploration is already going on and which are vastly further developed, such as Chile, Argentina and Peru for example.

The franchises, Johannes, Colonia and Hamburg are located in a tectonically strongly utilised green-stone belt, which just as many similarly built up areas on the world shows positive indications on the earth’s surface of deeper coloured, respectively precious metal deposits below.

Small granite and pegmatite deposits are also available, which in this geological setting are very often substrates of tantalum and other rare metals like niobium, lithium, tin, wolfram, beryllium and many more.  There is evidence of all this in exploration work carried out about ten years ago and that comprises geological charts, geo-chemical earth samples and geophysical probes.

The second project includes the franchises Berlin and Bremen. These are located within the same poly-metallic belt, but about 120 km further to the south east.

The planned investment should enable the implementation of a hardcore deep drilling programme to demarcate gold and silver bearing coloured metal deposits containing copper time and lead, and the establishment of an economic study with regard to the future excavation.

The preset target is the lasting development of a coloured metal deposit with a metal value of several million US-dollars (US$). In additional the franchises are to be researched for sources of tantalum-pegmatite to be built upon.

Empresa Minera AG would like to count among the leading foreign private companies, such as Jindal Steel, Glencor, Apex Silver, Orvana, Couer d’Alene, Golden Eagle International, Eagle Crest, Franklin Mining, Apogee Minerals etc., who in the coming decade will provide an important contribution to the development of Bolivian mining.

The company’s management team has the necessary experience to successfully and enduringly develop projects in this area, respectively to develop new investment opportunities.

Therefore, ladies and gentlemen, I can only recommend  that you invest in the expansion of this company which is aimed at success, and which can promise you high yields on the medium term.

Santa Cruz (Bolivia), 26.06.2006
